Anyone that has been to or heard of Bourbon Street knows that it is located in the heart of one of the most incredible and unique cities in the world. You can't go to NOLA without going to Bourbon Street. I think it may even be a law..ha. I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs Plant and Mrs. Jones after the House of Blues show (freaking amazing show by the way) and found that they would be experiencing the sights, sounds and smells of Bourbon Street for the first time. I was so excited for them. There couldn't have been a better way for us to get to know them and it really turned out to be a blast. We got to hang with them and the whole band in an atmosphere that very much fosters crazy behavior. Mr Jones..cough cough..haha We checked out a couple of the local shops that carries boas, t-shirts and masks and were in heaven. Some of the masks are extremely detailed with beads and feathers and we could have stayed in there forever. We ended up with feather boas and felt like we were fabulous from then on. It's funny how a $5 boa will make you feel like a movie star..haha We danced a little to a local band and soaked up the atmosphere (and a few hand grenades) until 3am or better. I'm not sure where we lost Mrs. Plant but we ended up in a Dungeon that was creepy and dark and absolutely disgusting...it was the best bar I've been to yet. Daylight was the end to what was one of the most fun nights we have had in a LONG time. Thank you Mrs. Plant and Mrs Jones for letting us share in your first trip down Bourbon Street. I hope we meet again. _________________ The drive, the fire, the passion—it all comes out on the guitar. - Jimmy Page

Are you kidding me?? That would be awesome! I can see it...The lost Zoso Weekend. The only thing more awesome than that would be for them to let me make the setlist. _________________ The drive, the fire, the passion—it all comes out on the guitar. - Jimmy Page

Hey guys
Wow what a night it was. I had a wonderful , fantabulous time I may say, you were all so NICE and a BLAST to hang out with . Being there on Bourbon St was and still is a night to remember and guess what? I was straight as an arrow so I soaked up every moment and laughter of the night. I remember seeing Ann and Angie coming in the place where we were all hanging out, they had boas on and I asked them to take me to a place to get one, well... I ended up with 3,they had so many to choose from I wanted to get my favorite colors. Andy it was nice to meet you also. sorry I didn't get to meet the rest of the Jackson 5. I hope to meet up again sometime in the near future.
Sincerely, Mrs. Plant _________________ Oh let the sun beat down upon my face, stars to fill my dream

I learned this lesson early on. That's why I usually end up DD (designated driver). It makes your memories so much more vivid. Plus you get your friends home safe. I have concert memories that some of my friends don't even remember how they got home. If you're going to spend the money on the night why not remember how much fun you had..ha Not to say I don't let my hair down every now and then but I try to keep it from getting to the "I love you, man." stage...haha (cough..>Anna<..cough). _________________ The drive, the fire, the passion—it all comes out on the guitar. - Jimmy Page

Hey Zeppland
Oh my gosh, I so wish you were there too. That would of made the night even more special, these girls and zoso had me in tears that night, I never had met so many nice people in ONE night even people I didn't know, but they knew the band ,were coming up to us and taking pictures and even started following and hanging out with us. Matt took me to this place called the Dungeon, it was creepy but interesting ( make sure you wash your hands after you visit this place) he-he. : I will give you a call soon Zep.
Happy New Year! _________________ Oh let the sun beat down upon my face, stars to fill my dream

Heck yeah...the guys are rockstars! Everybody goes to Bourbon after the show so I'm surprised it wasn't worse than it was. There were several people in the Dungeon that recognized them. That was pretty cool cause they weren't exactly playing Zep kinda music in there.. . _________________ The drive, the fire, the passion—it all comes out on the guitar. - Jimmy Page

Your absolutly right. I had many episodes in the days of yore, I remember being with friends and going to concerts and such, I myself would fall and get back up and say to myself ,hey I have friends I have to drive home and snap right into reality because I want to share a great time with my friends again. That was good food for thought. _________________ Oh let the sun beat down upon my face, stars to fill my dream
